James Doyle

James Doyle has been involved in the property development industry for over 22 years. He has worked with numerous major development companies in Queensland in varying roles.  His experience includes a vast array of skills in the property industry such as;
Complete project management of multiple developments

• Road building and surveying
• Training and management of sales teams
• Marketing and promotion of projects
• Sourcing, negotiating and purchasing

James has personally sold land from Maryborough to the Gold Coast in QLD in over 32 different Shires. His role at Rural Lifestyle Property Group is to source and negotiate land for new development. He is acts as project manager for existing developments including town planning, council liaison, construction and presentation.

James also contributes to and oversees the training of the sales team working in conjunction with the Sales Manager, Geoff Birmingham. Geoff is one of Australia’s leading land sales managers and trainers.

Travis Wiffen

Travis Wiffen has been involved in the Property Development Industry for 6 years. He has also owned, operated and sold several medium size businesses. Travis currently has Directorships and substantial shareholdings in 7 other Business’ in various industries.

Travis has extensive experience in, sales and marketing, negotiating and purchasing, funds management and business management. His role at Rural Lifestyle Property Group is to oversee the general running of the business and implement the future direction of the company.

Travis is responsible for budgets, cash flows, risk analysis, feasibility and funds management. He also coordinates settlements for both sales and purchases working closely with the legal team and takes care of funding and Investor liaison. Travis has a major role in the sales and marketing of projects.
